Mitigation Credit Sales was formed in 2009 by Brent Scarbrough Company, Mitigation Resource Group, and Mitigation Solutions. The company was formed to achieve marketing cost efficiencies and to increase options available to customers for mitigation credits across a greater geographic area by retaining MCS to act as sales representative and agent for the member companies.
